RPGR 2021 will host a Scientific and Industrial Exhibition which will bring activation of industry, research laboratories and institutions in graphene and 2D materials. Companies and research institutes are invited to this conference to display their activities and latest developments.

Exhibition Fee

Booth will be equipped with

  • One sign with exhibitors name

    One table and two chairs

    Electricity: 1kW (220V, single-phase)

    2 boards (1m*2.3m per 1 board)

Application & Payment

1. Please fill out application form and send an email to RPGR 2021 secretariat (info@rpgr2021.org).
Application & Contract Agreements are date-stamped upon receipt as long as payment is included.
The company information that you write in Application & Contract Agreements will be published in program book of RPGR 2021.
2. Payment could be made only by wire transfer.
All bank charges should be paid by exhibitors.
Please note that the payment must be transferred under the company name and stated on the receipt.
A copy of bank transfer receipt should be sent to RPGR 2021 secretariat by e-mail (info@rpgr2021.org).
Partial payment will not be accepted. Exhibit Application & Contract Agreements will not be processed without payment.

* Position and procedure will be selected and assigned by order of confirmation of payment. After completing the payment, please send the receipt of remittance to our secretariat in order to confirm your payment.

Cancellation Policy

Exhibitor agrees and understands that notification of intent to cancel exhibition must be provided in writing. This Exhibition Application Form may be cancelled by the Agreement signatory, with no penalty, within seven calendar days of receiving the confirmation letter of the Agreement from RPGR 2021.

Cancellation of exhibition by By September 24, 2021 : 50% of the total fee

Cancellation of exhibition from From September 25, 2021 : No refunds
